"Wish I’d checked the return policy first"
I bought something thinking I could return it if it didn’t work out, but wow, the return process was such a hassle. I regret not looking into the policy before ordering because it ended up being way more annoying than the item was worth.

My order showed up later than I was hoping, which was a little frustrating. That said, everything arrived in good condition, so I can’t really complain too much. I do think it’s only fair for customers to get a clearer delivery estimate upfront, but overall the product itself was fine.

"Pretty decent, but the details could be clearer"
I ordered a few kitchen storage bins and a pan after looking through the product pages. For the most part, everything matched what was shown, and the sizes were right, so that was a relief. The photos helped, but I still felt like some of the descriptions could’ve been clearer before I bought them.
The quality is okay for the price, though one of the lids felt a bit cheaper than I expected. Shipping was fine, but I got annoyed having to deal with repeated verification steps during the process, like once wasn’t enough. Overall, it’s not a bad purchase, just not something I’d call amazing.

I stopped in just to browse, but the place felt messy overall. Some of the aisles were dusty, and a few shelves looked kind of grimy, like maybe they hadn’t had time to keep up with cleaning lately or were short-staffed or something. The staff I dealt with was fine, but the store itself didn’t really feel all that clean

One of the items in my order showed up damaged, and getting any real help from support felt like pulling teeth. I had to keep following up just to get vague replies, and it took way more effort than it should have. Still no proper solution, so the whole experience was frustrating. I wouldn’t order from them again.

They did help me out with the warranty in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. It’s not even about that part, because the issue did get handled, the replies just took longer than I expected, which made the whole thing feel a bit dragged out.

I ordered a few kitchen things and ended up sending one back because it just wasn’t what I had in mind. The actual return part was fine, straightforward, so at first I thought, okay, no big deal.
Then the refund part kind of dragged on. I kept checking for it, then forgetting, then remembering again when I’d see the charge, which made it more annoying. I had to email twice before I got a clear answer, and even then it felt like I was just sitting around waiting with no real update.
I do like some of their products, so this wasn’t a total bad experience or anything. But the refund process seriously needs to be quicker and more transparent, because that part made the whole thing feel way more frustrating than it needed to be.

My order did go through in the end, but the checkout process was a little slower than I expected. It froze once while I was trying to finish up, and the shipping options weren’t as clear as I thought they’d be. I still got my confirmation without any issues, but the experience could’ve been smoother.

"Good prices and easy pickup"
I’ve ordered from Kitchen Stuff Plus a few times now, and it’s been a smooth experience every time. The website is easy to browse, the prices are reasonable, and I usually end up finding exactly what I need for my kitchen.
Pickup was quick when I went in, and the staff were friendly too. A friend had actually recommended checking them out, and I can see why. My orders have been right with no issues, so I’m happy to keep shopping there...

I was upset because my delivery showed up days after the promised date. I kept waiting and hoping it would arrive, but it just dragged on longer than expected. Super frustrating experience

"The sale prices feel kind of misleading"
I’ve tried clicking on a few of their promos, and it always feels like there’s some catch. Half the items I actually want are excluded, or the discount looks good at first but changes once I get to checkout. I also got emails hyping up a big sale, but when I checked, the prices looked pretty much the same as they did the week before. Maybe there are deals somewhere, but the whole thing just makes me feel like they’re trying to rush people into buying before they notice. it left a bad impression.

"The site kept getting in the way"
I’ll admit I mostly notice the annoying stuff when I’m trying to shop quickly, but this website really tested my patience. Pages were loading slowly, the filters kept resetting after I’d already narrowed things down, and checkout glitched on me more than once. After adding the same items to my cart twice, I just gave up.
